Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 6:00 PM.
If you'd like to arrange delivery outside these hours — just get in touch with us.
Minimum order amount for delivery: 250 PLN.
If you don’t know the recipient’s exact address or prefer that we confirm it with them directly, simply provide a phone number — we’ll handle the rest.

According to Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to perishable goods such as flowers or bouquets.
However, we are committed to high service quality. If your bouquet spoils within two days of delivery, we will replace it with a new one at no extra cost.
