Refund policy
Right to withdraw from the contract:
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, the Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided that the product:
– has not been used,
– is in its original packaging,
– is not a perishable product or a product made to individual order.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, provided that:
the product has not been used,
it is in its original packaging,
it does not fall into the category of exceptions described below.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of:
products that spoil quickly (e.g. fresh flowers),
products made to individual customer orders (e.g. personalised compositions, special occasion bouquets).
Return procedure
The customer should inform us by email of their intention to withdraw from the contract, providing:
order number,
name and surname,
reason (optional),
contact details.
The product should be returned no later than 14 days after notification.
The customer bears the cost of returning the goods.
Refund
After receiving and accepting the return:
we will refund the value of the product using the same payment method that was used,
shipping costs are not refunded, unless the return is due to our fault (e.g. damaged or incorrect product).
Pricing error
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error (e.g. £0 or a price significantly lower than the market value) resulting from a system or content editor error. The customer will be notified immediately and any payment will be refunded.
