To ensure safe transport and a beautiful presentation, each bouquet is wrapped in floral paper with Italian ribbons, and includes a flower food packet to prolong freshness along with care instructions. The shade, shape, and composition of the flowers may vary slightly from those pictured – we receive new deliveries daily and create our arrangements using fresh, available blooms.

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 6:00 PM.

Minimum order amount for delivery: 250 PLN.
If you don’t know the recipient’s exact address or prefer that we confirm it with them directly, simply provide a phone number — we’ll handle the rest.

According to Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to perishable goods such as flowers or bouquets.
However, we are committed to high service quality. If your bouquet spoils within two days of delivery, we will replace it with a new one at no extra cost.
